Service Description
I will design a session for you that is not only progressive but will help maintain your body strength and cardio ability. Then you simply use it at your leisure until this becomes something that you want to move to the next level on. Once you have booked your session, I will be in touch to discuss your goals and any requirements, and will create a training session tailored to you. Please allow a minimum of 3 days between booking and your session date.
